JACKSONVILLE, FL -- JSO and several state agents spent hours inside the corporate offices of Lee and Cates Glass Thursday afternoon.
It's unclear what authorities were looking for. First Coast News learned the corporate office was not the only location agents visited.
They also spent hours at the company's downtown warehouse.
The president of the company, Tom Lee, declined to talk on camera.
Lee said JSO and the Department of Financial Services were looking at records. As for which ones, Lee said he did not know but assumed they were invoices.
Lee did release a statement saying, "We are cooperating 100 percent. We continue to cooperate 100 percent. We have nothing to hide."
Last month, six current and former employees were arrested. They are accused of over-billing a number of insurance companies.
State agents say the total added up to about $1 million.
The company says it has already paid money back to insurance companies.
The DFS did not return phone calls on why they were at the two locations.
