PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- Palm Beach police have taken into custody a man they say stole 119 sea turtle eggs. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission spokesperson Gabriella B. Ferraro says the man is expected to be delivered to the county jail Friday morning. He'll be charged with possession of sea turtle eggs, a third degree felony. Meanwhile, wildlife officials plan to rebury the eggs. The man has not been identified by authorities.
