POINCIANA, FL (AP) -- A pregnant cougar that escaped in south Osceola County is back with its handlers. The cougar, Sierra, walked up to the people who were baiting and setting a trap on Sunday night. When they called, the cougar came to them. The cougar escaped Saturday while being transported to a cage for a trip to the veterinarian near Poinciana. Jungle Adventures in Christmas has a permit to own the cougar, and the commission is investigating why the woman who was taking her to the vet had the animal.
