JACKSONVILLE, FL -- How fun! Theatre students of teacher Misty Muesing at LaVilla School of the Arts have created a way to get your attention. They hope it'll get you off the couch.
Muesing says the students were excited about the project.
And they worked for about three weeks writing, casting, gathering costumes and performing.

More than 500 teams have signed up for FIGHT THE COUCH, our new project to tackle childhood obesity.
This begins our station commitment to KICK IT UP FIRST COAST, a long-term effort to reduce obesity in children and, also, adults on the First Coast.

The four classes with the most minutes win big prizes.
Actually, everyone wins because moving instead of lounging and snacking is a much healthier option. The idea is to help children now before the onset of diabetes, heart attacks and stroke.
