NFL Releases 2009 Schedule for the Jaguars

JACKSONVILLE, FL -- The 2009 regular season schedule for the Jacksonville Jaguars was released on Tuesday evening.

There will be one nationally televised prime-time game for the Jaguars this season. They'll play the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday, December 17th on the NFL Network.

Three of the first four games will be against teams from the AFC South.

15 of the 16 games this season will be played on a Sunday, and 12 of the 16 games will begin at 1:00 p.m.

Weekend of August 14-18: at Miami, time T.B.D.

Saturday, August 22nd: vs. Tampa Bay, 7:30 p.m.

Thursday, August 27th: at Philadelphia, 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, September 3rd: vs. Washington, 7:30 p.m.

Regular Season

Week 1 - Sunday, September 13th: at Indianapolis, 1:00 p.m.

Week 2 - Sunday, September 20th: vs. Arizona, 1:00 p.m.
