TEXAS CITY, TX -- A former Texas police officer is facing a ticket for cursing.
Joseph Loflin said he found cat poop in his Texas City lawn.
He suspected the neighbor's cat was responsible.

The men live two doors apart and have different versions of the story.
After Loflin threatened to get a trap, Rainey called the police.
The police wrote Loflin a ticket for disorderly conduct because of language.
Loflin is fighting the ticket.
He's scheduled to go to court on April 22.
