Man Identified in Deadly Crash on the Northside Created: 9/18/2008 9:08:40 AM Updated: 9/18/2008 5:45:52 PM
 JACKSONVILLE, FL -- A 63-year-old Hialeah man died in a crash on Heckscher Drive near Eastport Road Thursday morning. The Florida Highway Patrol says Francisco Garcia was driving a tanker truck and turned into the path of a car carrier. The car carrier hit the front of the tanker.
