 JACKSONVILLE, FL -- Police have re-open the Interstate 95 southbound exit ramp to Baymeadows Road. Crews cleaned up a kerosene spill on the ramp. Police shutdown the ramp for about 2 hours starting around 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Officers with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office have not said what caused the spill. ©2009 . All rights reserved.
