JACKSONVILLE, FL -- A crash during a wet afternoon commute made for very slow traffic on southbound I-95 in Jacksonville on Monday.
Around 3 p.m. Monday there was a crash with a fuel spill on I-95 southbound just south of Bowden Rd. Police had to close at least one lane for about 2 hours.
This caused southbound traffic to be backed up from Union Street to the J. Turner Butler exit during Monday's evening rush hour.
All the lanes were reopened around 5:30 p.m.
