JACKSONVILLE, FL.--Winds will keep the waters rough. Winds will gust to near 40 mph on Wednesday.This will keep the inland waterways rough and surf running at 4-6 feet with a strong current going north at the beach. Seas offshore will be over 7 feet.
The winds on Wednesday will be out of the south and will warm us into the 80's. Showers and some strong thunderstorms will make it into the area after 7pm . The greatest chance for the Jax metro area will be from 9pm Wednesday - 3 am Thursday.
