JACKSONVILLE, FL -- The last of the rain is trying to leave Jacksonville to the East. Along the beach look for wind gusts in the 20s as Gale Warnings maybe discontinued this afternoon. The in town commute is wet, by lunch cloudy with some afternoon sun.
Doppler radar estimates 1.5 inches of rain fell in some isolated areas of Nassau, Charlton and Baker counties. The northside had .67, Arlington .39, NAS Jax .29, Mayport and St. Augustine just over a tenth of an inch.
Temperatures will warm to at or above 70 in some areas with the warm front. In Georgia, at or above 60. It will cool down by the evening as dry air moves in.
Another low moves in late Friday and Saturday resulting in additional rain.
