Man takes nap with loaded gun on New York subway

NEW YORK -- A New York subway rider may have picked the worst nap companion ever.

According to WABC in New York, Deemarrius Jackson fell asleep on a train Saturday morning with a loaded gun in his hand.

Police said a passenger told the conductor after Jackson was seen lying across two seats, fast asleep, clutching a defaced 9-millimeter hand gun.

The train was held at the Times Square subway stop and Jackson, 19-years-old from South Carolina, was arrested on weapons possession charges.

A teddy bear or a blankee might have been a better choice.
