Afraid No More: National push for sexual assault victims to speak up

It is a cultural tipping point. Athletes, A-list actors, even President Obama have decided rape victims have been silenced for too long. An average of 68 percent of sexual assaults from 2008-2012 were not reported to police according to the Justice Department. As a national campaign takes root to stop sexual assaults a Jacksonville woman breaks her silence on in hopes of helping other survivors.
