JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Florida Georgia Line is coming to Jacksonville to kick off Georgia-Florida weekend.
The superstar duo will perform at the Shipyards on Friday, Oct. 31.
The concert, called TAILGATE, will start at 2 p.m. and go into the evening hours.
The concert will be held the day before the big Georgia-Florida game, a tradition that draws hundreds of thousands of people to the city of Jacksonville and helps stimulate the local economy.
Local event promoter Orange Peel Entertainment and Gator Bowl Sports partnered with national event promoter AEG to host the event.
"For an outdoor show, this should be the largest outdoor concert, besides Superfest, that Jacksonville has ever seen," said Billy Catlin, founder and president of Orange Peel Entertainment.
There will be two temporary stages set up, along with food and beer trucks. Shuttles will take people to and from their cars, which can be parked at Everbank Field.
Other musical acts include Cole Swindell, The Cadillac Three, Clare Dunn, John King, Michael Ray, and more.
Ticket bundles start at $23 and includes a ticket to the tailgate, t-shirt, and digital copy of Florida Georgia Line's sophomore album, Anything Goes.
Tickets go on sale Saturday, Aug. 30 at 10 a.m. Click here to buy a ticket.
