NEW YORK (AP) - Wall Street has managed to keep its winning streak going, despite investors' apparent disappointment over the two new iPhones Apple unveiled on Tuesday.
A plunge in Apple shares dragged the Nasdaq down four points yesterday and held the S&P 500 to a gain of just five points. Still, that was the seventh advance in a row for the S&P, its longest winning streak since July.
The Dow closed up almost 136 points.
After a tough August, stocks have been rising in September.
