While much of the talk this morning
is about Mitt Romney, President Obama, "terror" in the Rose Garden and
"binders full of women" in the wake of Tuesday's debate, the running
mates of the presidential candidates have emerged to weigh in - on their
own lively meet-up last week in Danville, Ky.
Good Morning America's
George Stephanopoulos mentioned to Vice President Joe Biden that he
"took some ribbing for all the smiles" we saw from him as he faced off
against Paul Ryan.
And that prompted Biden to smile again.
"I recommend everybody go back and find that Saturday Night Live
deal they did. I have to admit I laughed my head off at that guy
playing me. He is so good it scared me. But I feel very good about the
debate."
And on Today this morning, Biden said of Ryan, "I wasn't laughing at him, I was laughing at some of the answers."
