Despite a current stint in rehab following a spectacular meltdown in Las Vegas last weekend, the show will go on for Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong.

Deadline reports that Armstrong's appearance as a mentor on NBC's The Voice will still air as scheduled, even as he receives treatment for substance abuse. Armstrong taped his segments alongside Christina Aguilera this summer and acts as an adviser for the pop star's stable of aspiring singers.

Armstrong, 40, entered rehab after he went into an expletive-laced rant during his band's set at the iHeartRadio festival on Sept. 21.
