Their dream has come true.

After going public with their rocky road to become parents (fertility treatments, breast cancer), Bill and Giuliana Rancic are finally able to say they're parents.

The reality TV stars welcomed Edward Duke Rancic at 10:12 p.m., born via gestational carrier, Wednesday night in Denver reports E! News.

On Twitter, Bill announced the happy news early this morning, writing:

The "Duke" has landed! Edward Duke Rancic was welcomed into the world last night at 7lbs 4oz. G & I feel blessed beyond words...We did it!
