Pink bras were a symbol of pride Saturday for breast cancer survivors at Best Bet in Orange Park.

This event kicks off Making Strides Against Breast Cancer's push to their 5k walk on October 13th.

The organization is preparing for the 5k by signing up teams for the race. The 5k walk is a noncompetitive event to raise money and awareness about breast cancer prevention and treatment.
