Jacksonville elementary school holds anti-bullying rally

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Kids and adults alike rallied Friday at a local elementary school all in an effort to stop bullying.

Anthony Armstrong, a security guard at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School, came up with the "We Are Family" rally.

Armstrong said he wants kids at the school to love themselves so they can love others and stop bullying.

The kids performed skits as part of the event, and local media personalities like First Coast News Meteorologist Steve Smith and DJ T-Roy from 93.3 The Beat made appearances.
