One man caught, one at-large in Clay burglary related death

GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. -- One man is dead, one is in jail and another on the loose -- stemming from a June burglary and fight.

Clay County deputies say Nathan Ross, Jarrod Romani and Jason Kent were involved in the theft of chainsaws from a man's truck in Green Cove Springs.

According to deputies, when the truck's owner, Jamie Green, caught up to the men, they got into a brawl. Ross, Romani and Kent were all hurt during the fight.

Kent later died of internal injuries.

Now Ross and Romani are charged with murder in Kent's death. Romani is still on the run.
