Westside Shooting Victims Identified

JACKSONVILLE, FL -- Investigators have identified the victims in an apparent murder-suicide over the weekend.

Police believe Neang Roeun, 31, fatally shot his ex-girfriend, Chinda Has, 25, before turning the gun on himself.

The shooting happened Saturday afternoon in the parking lot of a Bank of America on Edgewood Avenue.

Roeun died later at the hospital from his injuries.
