JACKSONVILLE, FL -- A local man will spend the next nine years in prison after pleading guilty to child pornography charges.
Richard Wayne Rollins, 21, admitted last January to transporting child pornography by computer.
A judge sentenced Rollins Thursday.
Court documents show Rollins set up a file-sharing program on his home computer that allowed others to access his files which contained more than 1,000 digital photographs and more than 1,000 videos of child pornography.
Investigators arrested Rollins after an undercover FBI agent downloaded numerous photos and videos from the shared files.
