JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Numerous residents of a Southside apartment complex were told to leave by management on Friday, according to a resident...all in an effort to clean-up the neighborhood drug problem.
Broken glass and empty rooms are all that's left in a number of buildings in the Woodland Apartment Complex on 2600 Art Museum Drive.
Residents say that management, along with the help of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, evicted a number of tenants because of criminal activity.
First Coast News contacted the apartment complex and spoke to an answering service that did not have any information about the mass eviction.
We are waiting on a call from the management of the complex.
