
JACKSONVILLE, FL -- Who knew there are so many ways to keep exercising throughout one's pregnancy?!
It was an interesting lesson pre and postnatal exercise specialist Elizabeth MacDonald shared with First Coast News Anchor Joy Purdy on Good Morning Jacksonville this morning (11/18).
Dressed in workout gear, the ladies reviewed workout routines for focus on the lower body, core strength and balancing.
Elizabeth shared at-home workout tips that can be used throughout a woman's pregnancy, avoiding the costs of hiring a personal trainer or joining a gym.
