ORANGE PARK, FL -- Despite a weak economy, one car dealership feels it can bank on new customers on the First Coast.

The first Audi dealership in America with a new design opened for business Wednesday afternoon.

Hanania Automotive Group, opened the new facility at 7230 Blanding Boulevard.

Owner Jack Hanania, Audi of America executives, Senator John Thrasher, among other local officials toured the new dealership.

This new multi-million dollar facility is the newest addition to the Hanania Automotive Group and the first of 30 new Audi terminal concept dealerships planned throughout the United States.

"The state-of-the-art building combines the efficiency, performance and German opulence synonymous with the Audi brand, to simulate a luxury vehicle and enhance the exclusive Audi customer experience, stated Jack Hanania, Dealer Principal."

"It is the duty of any entrepreneur to strengthen both the politics and economics of the community that has provided them with such great opportunity."

He went on to say, "Involvement of this nature not only provides a chance to give back, but also enrich our own probability for continued success. Which is why we are proud to state that Audi Jacksonville was fully constructed using locally owned and operated companies."

This red carpet event included an exhibition of the world famous 2009 Audi R10 TDI Racecar and a viewing of the all-new 2010 Audi A5 Cabriolet.
