JACKSONVILLE, FL-- You finally found the swimsuit that flatters you most. You've picked out coordinating sunglasses and nail polish to compliment your tan. But how do you keep your makeup from melting in the summer heat?

Jennifer Walsh stopped by Good Morning Jacksonville Saturday to share tips on how to look fresh by the pool or at the beach.

Walsh said the key with any summer look is protecting your skin from sun damage. Don't forget to apply sunscreen under makeup or try a tinted moisturizer with sunscreen included such as Dr. Patricia Wexler's Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 30.

She also suggested keeping the look simple by focusing on just one area of your face such as your eyes and use cream eye shadows that will stay put and waterproof eye liner such as Benfit's Bad Gal liner and no-smudge mascara like Bobbi Brown's.

If you want to add some color to your lips for that "just-sipped Kool-aid" look, try using a matte lip pencil or use a sugar lip treatment followed with a moisturizing lip gloss like the ones made by Nars.

To complete your beach-day look, try using a salty hair treatment spray to go from bed to beach in no time. For more information, look for these products and more at the Beauty Bar and check back for more beauty tips soon.
