JACKSONVILLE, FL -- RVs come in all shapes and sizes. If you're looking to save some cash, low-weight pop-ups and campers are the way to go.

Jerry Robinson is the co-owner of "New Horizon RV" in San Mateo, Florida. He knows his customers are on tight budgets, so he chose to specialize in RVs that will not bust your pocketbook.

"Everything that we have is half-ton towable," Robinson said.

Robinson is the first to admit the economy is affecting the way he does business. A few years back, he had to choose -- sell camping trailers or high-end motor homes. He chose camping trailers.

"With the economy the way it is right now, people cannot afford the luxuries of a big rig," said Robinson. "So we scaled back to the light-weight towables."

The price for one of Robinson's RVs ranges anywhere from $15,000 to $30,000, a low sticker price compared to large luxury motor homes that can cost $200,000 or more.

Jim Lewis is looking to downgrade at this year's RV SuperShow. He's retired and wants something that's cheaper and closer to his needs.

"We live in Avondale and so we can't store our 21-foot, so we having to pay $75 a month to store it and then you have to pull it so we are losing on all sides," said Lewis. "With a pop-up we could just store it behind the house, it's no big thing."

Robinson labels all of his RVs with the price and amenities right on their windows. He says his low-weight RVs will attract customers and sell themselves.

The RV SuperShow runs until Sunday at 5 p.m. in the Jacksonville Municipal Stadium parking lot. There are hundreds of RVs on display and parking is free.
