Reggie Williams cleans out his locker.
Maurice Jones-Drew waves to the camera as he exits the locker room on Monday.
JACKSONVILLE, FL -- One day after the Jaguars season ended with a 27-7 loss in Baltimore, the team gathered one last time to discuss a disappointing year.
Jack Del Rio held a final team meeting before the players cleaned out their lockers and left the facility. Most of the guys won't return to the stadium until the offseason workouts begin in March.
Now that this (5-11) year is over, some of the players were outspoken when it came to talking about the areas in which the team fell short.
In the video clip attached to this story, you'll hear David Garrard talk about how the locker room became divided once "things got hairy." Maurice Jones-Drew also says that the team needs more guys who want to win, and Rashean Mathis says that the team was prepared physically, but they just didn't get it done.
Also, Mike Peterson discusses his future in the NFL because it appears that his days with the Jaguars are over.
In other news, it became official on Monday that the Jaguars will have the 8th overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft. That's the same slot in which they selected Derrick Harvey this year.
