
JACKSONVILLE, FL -- After more than 600 hours of training, a group of 25 Florida National Guard members are being honored for their hard work.
The National Guard members were recognized by FCCJ and the National guard for completing an intense Cisco Training at FCCJ's Technology Center.
The training in security and Cisco's CCNA certification will prepare them as they take on a new mission supporting US troops in the Middle East.
The intense training took ten weeks, ten hours a day, six days a week.
Three of the National Guard members are from the Jacksonville area.
The group will leave for the Middle East next month.
