PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL -- D.J. Gregory is traveling to every tournament on the PGA Tour schedule and walking along every single hole. This long journey is an impressive feat on its own, but when you add in the fact that the 30-year old Gregory has Cerebral Palsy and walks with a cane, it's downright amazing.

The Players is the 19th golf tournament that D.J. is walking in this season out of 37 total events which means that this week marks the halfway point in his quest.

During each tournament, he is paired up with a golfer who he follows during each hole that week. This week, Gregory is following Jason Bohn who shot a 74 on Thursday. If Bohn does not make the cut, Gregory will pair up with a golfer who he has already followed this season.

Gregory has been writing a blog all year about his experiences on pgatour.com. A link to the blog is located within this story.

This Savannah resident is completing this monumental task to encourage those with disabilities and to raise money for United Cerebral Palsy whose mission is to advance the independence, productivity, and full citizenship of people with disabilities.

D.J. Gregory will be interviewed live on NBC-12 this Friday at 8PM during our "Making the Cut" special from The Players.
