
ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FL -- Man's best friend and his owner are doing better after a house fire in St. Johns County.
The mobile home caught fire Tuesday morning.
Firefighters arrived to find smoke and flames shooting from the top of the home.
Fire teams ran inside to rescue a man and his small dog.
Paramedics got the chance to test out some new equipment on the dog. They used an oxygen mask made just for dogs.
Both the dog and his owner are expected to be OK.
No word yet what caused the fire.
