Dunn sentencing delayed until after May retrial

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Michael Dunn's sentencing was delayed Friday until after his May 5 retrial.

A jury convicted Dunn, 47, last month on four charges related to the November 2012 death of Jordan Davis, 17. Jurors did not reach a verdict on one count of first-degree murder. Dunn is being retried on the first-degree murder charge May 5.

The intension is to hold the trial in Jacksonville according to Judge Russell Healey. "It may take us a little longer to get a jury, we'll see," Healey added.

Sentencing will immediately follow the upcoming trial.
