Look out for sturgeon in the Suwannee River

Boaters be alert: The gulf sturgeon are back in the Suwannee River.

The fish aren't jumping as much as in years past.

Some experts believe that's because this spring the water levels are high but as they drop, the fish will jump more.

Officials say boaters have been hurt by jumping sturgeons in the past, so if you see them, slow down so you have more time to react if one comes out of the water at you.
