'Keith Haring's Ghost' will not serve jail time

A local street artist who uses the name Keith Haring's Ghost will not serve jail time for painting utility boxes around Riverside and San Marco.

The charge against Chip Southworth have been reduced to a misdemeanor.

He pleaded no contest and already paid restitution. He will have to pay the court cost.

Jackelyn Barnard with the State Attorney's Office says Southworth also already completed 69 hours of community service.
