Tropical Storm Lisa Forms in the Eastern Atlantic Ocean

According to the National Hurricane Center, Tropical Storm Lisa has formed in the Eastern Atlantic Ocean. 

The Weather Channel reports Lisa was named on Tuesday morning after the winds in Tropical Depression Thirteen reached tropical storm force (39 mph or greater).

This system was located more than 400 miles west of the Cabo Verde Islands, as of late Tuesday morning.
