Hurricane Matthew back to a Cat 4 hurricane

Sheriff Williams discusses preparation for Hurricane Matthew

The National Hurricane Center has just upgraded Hurricane Matthew to a Cat 4 hurricane. 

According to the 11AM update, the storm has sustained winds of 140mph. The Hurricane Center calls the storm "extremely dangerous" as it moves towards Florida. Matthew is about 180 miles southeast of West Palm Beach, Florida as of 11AM.

Ahead of this dangerous storm, Jacksonville's Mayor Lenny Curry issued a mandatory evacuation for the beach areas as well as all homes in zones A, B and C. Several other counties also issued mandatory evacuations.
