TAMPA, Fla. —A judge is set to hear arguments Tuesday on whether Casey Anthony should be forced to answer questions about her daughter Caylee's disappearance.
The issue is part of a defamation lawsuit against Anthony.
Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation after Anthony told investigators a woman with that same name kidnapped Caylee in 2008.
During a deposition in January, Gonzalez's attorney asked Anthony about her daughter's disappearance.
Anthony's attorney Cheney Mason, who was also part of her defense team during her criminal trial, says his client doesn't have to answer those questions because of her Fifth Amendment rights.
Anthony threatened to walk out of the deposition when asked about Caylee. She does admit she lied about "Zanny the Nanny," but says she was never talking about the Zenaida Gonzalez from Kissimmee who's now suing her for defamation.
The hearing in Tampa starts at 10:30 a.m.
