Fla. lawmakers almost finished with $75 billion budget

Lawmakers can expect it on their desks Tuesday, but there is a 72-hour waiting period before they can vote on it.

The plan is for them to approve is before sine die, which is the ending of session on Friday.

Some of the major items in the budget include $500 million worth of tax cuts and raise in funding for education.
