Armed robbery suspect hits same cell phone store twice

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. -- The search is on for an armed robbery suspect targeting a South Florida cell phone store.

An unidentified robbery suspect has hit same Metro PCS store in the 300 block of East Copans Road in Pompano Beach twice, Dec. 25 and Feb. 13, according to a release from the Broward Sheriff's Office.

During both robberies, the suspect charged the counter quickly with a gun and demanded cash, the release detailed. No injuries were reported and the unidentified suspect was able to get away with an undetermined amount of cash during both robberies.

Anyone who has any information about the identity or whereabouts of this suspect is asked to contact the Broward Sheriff's Office at 954-321-4209. To remain anonymous and receive a possible reward up to $3,000 contact Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS-8477.
