Firefighters battled RV fire near fuel cells

NASSUA COUNTY, Fla. -- The Nassau County Fire Rescue responded and got a RV fire under control in Hilliard Friday night.

NCFR Curtis Bollinger says the 40-foot RV was fully engulfed in flames. The fire was located off CR-108, and is parked near a house as well as in close proximity to three fuel containers.

The RV has limited damage outside and the fuel containers are safe, according to a NCFR tweet.

Bollinger says, there were no reports of anyone being inside the structure.
