Fire destroys St. Augustine home

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- Residents of a St. Augustine home have been displaced due to a fire.

St. Johns County Fire Rescue responded to the blaze on Barbour Place around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to Mark Samson with the St. Augustine Police Department. The home was not occupied at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.

The home has been deemed unlivable due to the extent of fire damage and a cause is under investigation.
