Fernandina Beach woman missing for over a month

FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. -- Police in Fernandina Beach are seeking the public's help locating a missing 22-year-old woman.

Carissa Lynn Sheen was reported missing April 24 and was last seen by her family on April 11 at a home in Fernandina Beach, according to a release from the Fernandina Beach Police Department.

Sheen suffers from issues related to Schizophrenia, but has not been taking her prescribed medication, according to police.

Sheen has blue eyes and black hair, but has been known to dye it blonde, green and other colors. She also has a tattoo of bear on her right inside forearm, an eagle on her left leg above the knee and various other tattoos, including on her knuckles.

She is believed to have been seen in the Union County area April 25, however no other information has been obtained concerning her whereabouts.
