Drugs, firearm seized in Lake City arrests

LAKE CITY, Fla. -- Two men were arrested Friday on drug charges resulting from warrants issued by the Lake City Police Department's newly formed Criminal Interdiction Unit.

Franklin L. Rolle, 31, had drugs and drug paraphernalia seized after a warrant was served in the 180 block of NW Martin Luther King Avenue, according to a release from LCPD Assistant Public Information Officer Mike Lee.

Rolle was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cocaine.

The second warrant served in the 500 block of NW Ridgewood Avenue resulted in the arrest of Rudy Enriquez Jr., 21, the release detailed. Enriquez, a convicted felon, was found to have large amounts of synthetic marijuana "K2," as well as a loaded firearm.

Enriquez was charged with Probation Violation, Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance/Intent to Sell.
