JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- Nippers Beach Grille in Jacksonville Beach is a spot where many people enjoy the weekend by the water with a live band.
Inside, large screen TV's hang on the wall and typically show sporting events.
However, general manager Jeff Miles said when he hears there is a verdict in the George Zimmerman trial, he will show the verdict on some of the TV's.
Patrons of the restaurant had differing opinions of the George Zimmerman trial Saturday.
Joyce Williams said, "I think [Zimmerman] needs to be held responsible. He pursued the man. That's why the events occurred."
Jon Yurick ate at the restaurant Saturday and said, "When you see bloody pictures of George, he had to defend himself, and what he had was a gun. Unfortunately, he shot the boy."
Most diners who spoke to First Coast News said they don't feel Zimmerman will be found guilty of second degree murder.
