NEPTUNE BEACH, Fla. -- A local teen driver may need a little more practice parking a car.
Bike & Beach employee Clint Gardner was working in the back of the Neptune Beach bike shop when he heard a loud crash.
"I looked out from the back and there's just a car coming through the front," Gardner said.
The car crashed through the front of the store, taking out the front window along the way.
Gardner said it was like something you see in the movies.
According to Gardner the driver was a 15-year-old boy who had recently received his driving permit.
The driver was accompanied by his father in the passenger seat.
Gardner said the 15-year-old who was driving the white Toyota Solara told him he mistook the break for the gas pedal.
"[The boy's day] had a really, really, pissed off look on his face," Gardner said.
The driver's mother was eating in a nearby restaurant according to Gardner.
No one was injured during the incident.
Bike and Beach will remain open for business while repairs are made to the window.
