JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance locating a 20-year-old male suspect with an arrest warrant.
Qortez Goshay is a suspect in two different cases. One is for leaving the scene of an accident and the second is a burglary case.
