JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- For a second time, a woman has been convicted of second degree felony murder and armed robbery in the death of her boyfriend.

Shaketa Jones and her boyfriend Jesse Cooper robbed a Gate Gas Station on Atlantic Boulevard in 2010.

Police were able to block Cooper's car before he could leave the scene. He pulled out a gun, which prompted police to shoot and kill him.

Jones was convicted in the death because it occurred while she was committing a felony.

She was originally convicted in January of last year, but that conviction was reversed due to a jury selection error.
