JACKSONVILLE, -- Being a native of the Blue Hen State (Delaware) I'm a little nervous watching Sandy right now. I know many of you with family in the North East can relate. I am holding my breathe watching this massive storm come ashore.

I was born in Wilmington, Delaware and have lived in the South East for a while now.
But, I have family in Pennsylvania, New York City, New Jersey and family friends in Wilmington.
I have been in contact with all of them but have not heard from them in a few hours. My brother in New York kept telling he that he did not need to evacuate, that the tall buildings would keep him safe. But, I'm a little anxious.
I hoping and praying that everyone is okay.
