RIVERSIDE ARTS MARKET: The Riverside Arts Market is every Saturday from 10 a.m. To 4 p.m. off Riverside Avenue underneath the Fuller Warren Bridge. It features crafts, art, live entertainment and more!
SUPER SMASH BRO. BRAWL GAMING TOURNAMENT: Join Gorilla Games off San Jose Blvd. for a Super Smash Brothers Brawl Tournament on Saturday at 10 a.m. Registration starts at 10 a.m. and Doubles/Teams start at 12 p.m. It's $5 to $15 per person to play. www.gorillagamesjax.com.
GET WILD FOR PARKS AND RECREATION FREE SPORTS CLINICS: Throughout Orange Park, there are free sports clinics for ages 5 to 13 Saturday. No experience in necessary and no equipment is required. Please, ensure your child brings water, sunscreen, and appropriate attire. Here is a list of clinics and locations:
Sand Volleyball: 9am-11am at Clarke House Park (1039 Kingsley Ave)
Soccer: 11:30am-1:30pm at OPAA Athletic Fields (1086 Fromhart Street)

ST. AUGUSTINE CAT SHOW: Florida Sun Cats is hosting a very special Cat Show at the Renaissance Resort World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 28th and Sunday, July 29th, 2012. Price for admission is $6.00 for adults, $5.00 for seniors, military, and children (5-12), and children under 5 are admitted free. Get $1.00 off your admission with a large can or unopened bag of cat food! More than 200 cats will be competing at the show. There is also a special category for non-pedigreed cats and kittens. Yes, your cat can be a star! Both days of the show are open to the public. There will be many vendors selling gift items for you and your pet, scratching posts, artwork, jewelry, toys, grooming products, as well as unusual items. www.floridasuncats.org
WALMART BACK TO SCHOOL FEST: Walmart Stores Inc. and Pepsico present the 5th Annual Walmart Back to School Fest on Saturday, July 28, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Jacksonville Landing. Free backpacks will be distributed while supplies last. Dozens of vendors will give away over 100,000 additional free school supplies and live entertainment will take place on the riverfront stage throughout the event. Walmart's optical staff will provide free vision screenings to all children and will assist in providing glasses for those who need them. Other activities and events include PepsiCo sampling stations, fashion shows, dance performances, balloon animals and more. Entrance and all activities are free and open to the public.
PIRATE'S PLUNGE PARTY AT ADVENTURE LANDING: Cast off for island fun at Adventure Landing Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a scavenger and treasure hunt! There will be a loot bag for all participants and a buccaneer lunch is included! Tickets to participate start at $30.99 and include waterpark admission. Also, both Saturday and Sunday are Police, Fire & Rescue Appreciation Days at Adventure Landing. All active and retired police and fire rescue workers get a free water park pass, plus $5 off each family member's pass.
92 AT THE ZOO: From June 18 through August 31, 2012, when the temperature is predicted to be higher than 92 degrees, guests can enjoy half-off general admission with a coupon from the Zoo's official website at jacksonvillezoo.org. The discount applies this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
JAGUARS TRAINING CAMP: The Jaguars training camp is open to the public at EverBank Field Saturday at 2:15 p.m.
TEEN GAMERS DAY: Enjoy an evening of gaming with your friends at the Bartram Trail branch library off Davis Pond Road Saturday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Games include: Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Wii, PS3, and newest Halo game on X-Box 360. Refreshments will be served.
MAIN STREET CRUISE-IN: If you're looking for something to do Saturday night, and like old and classic cars, you may want to head down to Springfield and do some cruising. The Historic Springfield Main Street Cruise is back.
Last month they had such a good turnout on their inaugural cruise that organizers say they will have a cruise every fourth Saturday of the month. Many restaurants in the area will be open... some serving 50's and 60's comfort food. Cars will line up on Main Street between First and Fourth Streets. It starts at 5 o'clock. A few bands will also be entertaining the crowd including a Rock 'n Roll Band and the Bluegrass Band that calls themselves "Grandpa's Cough Medicine."
THE 3RD ANNUAL GREAT PIRATE PARTY: Ahoy matey! Join in on the fun Saturday from 5:30 p.m. To 11:30 p.m. when pirates and pirate fans will revel in the bars and clubs of Downtown. Keep the heat at bay with some fine rum or your landlubber drink of choice at 11 participating bars of The Core. This year, start the night early with a Pub Crawl featuring six Downtown bars. Downtown will be filled with wonders to amuse and entertain at each port of call. Plunder special drink menus, live music and be entertained with plenty o' pirate people-watching throughout the night. Brush up on your favorite sea shanty, don your best eye-patch, bandana and boots and join in the fun!
JACKSONVILLE SUNS: The Jacksonville Suns are taking on Tennessee at the baseball grounds downtown Saturday at 6:05 p.m.
DOZE WITH THE DINOS AT MOSH: Gather your friends, family and sleeping bags for one of the best nights of entertainment in Jacksonville - a MOSH camp-in! After the museum closes to the general public, it will reopen at 6:30 p.m. exclusively for campers. The camp-in ends at 7:30 a.m. Sunday, July 29. It's $45 per person and fun for the whole family, ages 4 and up! Kids can bring a sleeping bag and adults can bring an air mattress. Pizza will be served as a late-night snack and donuts and juice will be on the breakfast menu. Coffee will be available for adults. www.themosh.org
JACKSONVILLE SHARKS PLAYOFFS: Catch the Jacksonville Sharks in the American Conference Semifinals taking on the Georgia Force Saturday at 7 p.m. At the Veterans Memorial Arena. Fans are asked to wear red!
THE AMAZING KRESKIN: The Amazing Kreskin performs at the Florida Theatre Saturday at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $61. Kreskin is a Mentalist with a comedian's wit and showman's flair. www.amazingkreskin.com
THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW: Catch a screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, accompanied by an on-stage re-enactment by The 5 & Dime Players. The first "midnight classic" is a parody of B-movie, science fiction and horror films of the late 1940s through early 1970s. The show starts at 8 p.m. Saturday at MOCA Jacksonville. Attendance to these public programs is free for all. Regular admission fees apply for non-members to visit galleries either before or after the program.
EDDIE GRIFFIN COMEDY PERFORMANCE: Comedian turned actor, Eddie Griffin, performs at the Times-Union Center Saturday at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $99.

SUMMER MOVIE CLASSICS: Watch the 1940s black and white movie, "The Philadelphi Story" at the Florida Theatre Sunday at 2 p.m. It's $7.50 per ticket.
